Mastering Traderka

Hello Traders,

Karateka = Traderka

Karateka = Traderka

I am in the process of writing my first book on trading.  I have done a lot of soul searching over the last couple of months of my life.

When I started this process of educating traders I started in from the wrong core belief.  My goal was to make money from others, and not doing it for the right reasons.

I allowed my greed to take control and by doing this I lost the ‘center’ of what I am all about.

So in November of 2011, I stopped my live trading room and stopped teaching other traders until I felt I am educating for the right reason – the love of what I do.

If Karateka in Japanese means ‘Martial Artist’, than Traderka would translate to ‘Trader Artist’.

And to become a master trader artist would be my goal for you to strive to become in your understanding of how to trade successfully.

There is a process much like any other profession … you must master each step before taking on the next step in your training.

To become a Master Traderka will take focus, practice, discipline, and learning from your mistakes.

For my life time I have always felt that to become a master in trading is asking to reach the impossible, but to reach a level of training where you become a Master Traderka is possible in my humble opinion.

You are not becoming a master trader … but a master of a discipline in which trading is the art.

Good Continued Trading,

David ‘Tiger’ Knight

P.S.  Much more to come in your Master Traderka training … I recently placed my core fundamental trading strategy under the education tab recently check it out:  eMini Bull Bear Foundational Trading Strategy

    Is it possible to trade emini for longer than a day? Is that wise?

  • TradeCraze says:

    Yes this would fall under swing or position trading the eMini. This also means you have proper equity to take on the 2% loss per trade level. I would also say this would require in the range a minimum of $25,000 to hold comfortably anything overnight and not to stress about losses that may accumulate.
